It makes no mention that Israel has claimed sovereignty over the land; all it says is that Israel will replace the IDF`s MILITARY law that had been in place since 1967 with Israeli Civil laws. Or, in short, all that it claims is that Israel will extend her LEGAL JURISTICTION to include the Golan Heights. Juristiction is not the same as Sovereignty, Jeff. If it were then Israel has, indeed, formally annexed all of the West Bank up to the seamline area, because Israeli civil law is in use in those areas. And Israel is quite insistant that she has not annexed that seamline area. Israeli duplicity writ large, and I see that you have swallowed it whole..... |
