If it`s going to be a missile war, do NOT stress the Arrow system maximally by *depending* on it to handle *all* enemy SRBM, LRBM. Strike enemy missile depots and air defense HQs hard. The main danger is from salvo-launches from missile "fields". Destroy those preemptively. Individual TELs (launcher trucks) can be handled secondarily and the Arrow hopefully can intercept a few dozen individual launches from those. After a truck launches, it must go to the depot to reload. Destroy the depots.
Once the enemy lets go with SCUD / Shahib class weapons, the gloves come off. Israel must strike with large weapons on large civilian areas of Damascus and Tehran. No more surgery. "Shock and Awe" on a scale the US did NOT use in Iraq.
