... a state of war yet existed between Egypt and Israel. Yet no-one can deny that the appearance of Sadat before an "enemy" legistlature was a huge impetus toward peace. This law is a bad law. It assumes, without proof, that MKs visiting an enemy state are giving succor to that enemy. But has anyone considered the very real possibility that such visits provide unofficial avenues, behind the scenes, for discussions about peace? MV
