Israel killed over 1000 Lebanese civilians and hundreds of Hizbollah men as payment for the attack on the Israeli border post in which two IDF men were captured and several were killed. It is too late for "proportionate response", since there has already been vastly disproportionate response. Only ghouls would demand more deaths in exchange for the remains of the two captured IDF men.
