| She doesn`t seem to be Jewish, asking for citizenship under the Law of Return-- What purpose for her stay, did the mother give to customs when she arrived in Israel-- What about the child`s father, if he is an Israeli, he might bring some protekzia to bear-- The child is a Sabra, she is entitled to stay, no question about it-- This could very well be a replication of Illegal immigrants coming into the USA, bearing children, who get citizenship by default, because their parents violated the law-- Personally, I would let the mother stay, just as long as she doesn`t present a hazard to Israel--Ezrahut is quite another matter-- |
