Clearly the President`s policy has yielded positive results. Today the North Koreans destroyed a nuclear facility for all the world to see. (See link below.) The policy of isolating an adversary is designed not so much for the satisfaction of isolating that adversary but to derive certain results. Some of those results have, in fact been achieved.
