I think the President is right. It seems to me that the North Koreans are making an effort to rehabilitate themselves and join the world community. Didn`t they give us information as to the nuclear program in Syria that they helped with? That`s worth some largesse on our part. Let`s see what happens. We can always go back to not talking to them. If anything, progress on this front indicates that the strategy that has been employed up to now is actually working.
