1) Does the law only apply to Arabs? 2) Doest the law only apply to Muslims? The answer to both is: No. "hardly any marriages between Israeli Jews and Palestinians from Judea and Samaria" means there are some, and the author hasn`t shown Jews get exemptions. It applies equally to all people. Apartheid means treating citizens differently under law depending on race, religion, et al. The law does not such thing. It says that people who live in an area where its leaders (Fatah, Hamas & IJ) all call for Israel`s destruction may not gain automatic citizenship here. All countries have the right to set immigrant policies, and exempting people who are part of a culture dedicated to hatred and killing of Jews is not apartheid, it`s reasonable. However, don`t expect fools such as Schocken to deal with reality. That would interfere with their PC bigotry.
