This is good outcome. Israel can absolutely not afford to think of democracy as the means by way of which to conduct politics as a popularity contest for of-the-moment, factional gain. An election simply mandates a few people, for a period of time, to form a government of whatever composition for that time. If this fails to produce effective government/s during that time period, the voters can then choose at the next election to only elect politicians who can work together as a government, and not continue a destructive cycle of fighting over factional interests, at the Kinessit-cum-fight club.
