An exchange needs to happen before opening crossings. Hamas need to prove that they can actually do something besides kill and ruin Gaza. It`s simple, when Shalit is released Gaza will improve. If Hamas can`t handle this, than nothing should change. The policy of exchanging breathing people for bodies and bones needs to stop.
