Can you imagine anyone kidnapping a Russian, Chinese, Turkish etc soldier and using him as a bargaining chip?
No one would try to kidnap Israelis soldiers or civilians if they got nothing in return.
I hope we are not about to teach that "crime pays" and thereby provide a huge incentive to kidnap as many Israelis as possible.
