| This truce in my opinion represents a sad state of affairs here in Israel. Hamas need to be smashed, not appeased and allowed to rearm. Hamas has been suffering in recent months and why we are letting our sworn enemy get up when they are down I will never understand. On the flip side, the truce will not last and Israel will be able to say that they have exhausted every option giving the inevitable IDF opeartion to smash Hamas legitimacy. Our Arab enemies only understand power and strength and for us (Israel) to show anything else is pointless. Sadly people will die on both sides and I am against war but we have no other choice.
