Syria has been stockpiling several chemical weapons for some time. North Korea supplies Syria with guided missiles. Both North Korean and Syrian personnel were lost last year in a rocket fuel accident.

The `SCUD` type missiles provided by North Korea use Unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine as a fuel, and UDMH is a VERY nasty substance. The oxidizer used is Nitrogen tetroxide (Dinitrogen tetroxide), which is an even more nasty substance.
