| This is a real threat. North Korea, who has in the past followed the traditional method of producing Plutonium, using nuclear reactors which were Graphite Moderated and used a natural Uranium Core has developed a new form of non-reactor which requires no moderator and needs no Uranium core. The `photographs" released by the US clearly showed a "containment vessel" which had a solid matrix of rebar and no room for any moderator, fuel or control rods. This is an astounding - incredible in the most essential meaning of the word - accomplishment has put North Korea light years ahead of all other nations in pursuing the natural follow on to the reactor which needs no fissile material. The fission bomb which requires no fissile material. Incredible!
