| Being without any discernible weapons program, Iran has a simple problem. To delay the attack by the Bush Junta until the United States has competent and less criminal men at the helm. Iran is playing for time. Why not? If the psychopath Bush is determined to attack them, no matter how void of reason, and how damaging to the United States, then they have nothing to lose. But if the psychopath Bush is deterred by the fact that his mindless aggression against Iran will produce $200 a barrel oil and plunge the word into depression, then Iran wins by playing for time. Does the psychopath Bush give a shit about the United States, the world, or anything beside his own need for a symbolic and oedipal murder of his father and peace? Only an idiot would gamble that a proven mass homicidal psychopath would not murder again for the thrill of it. The world - and all the decent people in it, for only monsters would wish otherwise - must hope the monster Bush, will be restrained. |
