Next step is to get rid of that useless environment minister, Gideon Ezra. Just heard that he backed down from putting a recycling fee on plastic bottles over 500cc. Sucking up to the "poor " religious families from Shas. I wonder where they get the money to purchase those unhealthy drinks, all sugar, water and food coloring. BTW, the argument goes that the "poor" families don`t have cars to take the empty bottles to the groceries for the refund. Still they have the energy to lug the full bottles to their homes? Where is the logic???
Mr. Ezra, do you know how long it takes for those ugly plastic bottles to disintegrate? 900 years!!!!! In the meantime we`ll see plastic refuse strewn all over our streets, parks and beaches, a souvenir of Gideon Ezra`s incompetence. |
