| ....namely the start of a coordinated Israeli withdrawal from most parts of the West Bank, at the latest beginning early 2009. Make no mistake, just to have calm on the Gaza front, but continue with the status quo on the West Bank will not work. It is more than understandable, that this won`t be an acceptable option for the Palestinians. So again, if this really should be a significant step towards a more peaceful Middle East, the above mentioned second step is an absolute MUST DO. Otherwise this cease fire won`t be worth the paper it has been written on. |
