Ashkenazi`s Senior Officers Are correct and this is doomed to failure.Brigade level operations and taking out senior Hamas officials would have gone a long way toward a cease fire that would have led to the destruction of Hamas and a real peace between Pals and Israeli`s.As usual Olmert,Barak and Livni make another costly mistake for Israel. When this blows up what will Olmert, Barak and Livni and Kadima say then.Oh we didn`t know it would turn out so bad with so many killed or maimed or kidnapped.This cease fire won`t last 1 week and a month is just never going to happen.I wonder if the posters are allowed to take bets on how many Qassams and other missiles will fall from Gaza onto Israel.
