Their proper definition of a lull is any day in the Negev where:
1. No more than 50 (+ or -) rockets fall within any 24 hour period
2. An acceptable number of Israeli are killed or wounded during a 24 hour period (subject to daily "Kitchen Cabinet" determinations
3. Any 24 hour time period where olmert livni barak vilnai or meretz have received sufficient "contributions" to their numbered Swiss bank coffers
4. Any 24 hour period where State prosecutors have still not indicted them |
