Amazing how so many of the anti-Israel bunch hear are attacking this bill.
Look at this bill as requiring a referendum on any peace deal with Syria.
Democracies often turn to the public when it comes to major controversial decisions.
If Syria is serious and it is evident that talks are successful and that a true peace will come as a result I find it hard to see any referendum not being successful.
Same though Assad would never give the people of Syria a voice and a right to vote. |
