Too many people just love the golan as a holiday resort - and that is how they vote - "hey guys, somebody is give away my zimmer. And my ski resort. And my vinyard."
So nowadays, in a media dominated Israel we will take the risk of some organisations influencing public opinion - to the detriment of the State.
Stuff the peace - we need more corpses in the thousands to convince us that the price for piece is high.
And nevermind the golan is not sovereign Israel - not one other nation recognises the conquest of the golan. Not even our best buddy Mr Bush and the US of A. |
