For some reason, god gave all the oil to the wrong people. Ahmadinejad, Chavez and others have literally held the world hostage with their oil and have become powerful dictators who oppress their own people while calling for other countries to change.
Without iol, these would still be third world countries ruled by tribal leaders.
I think we will see a shift in this in the near future as the US starts drillingits own oil and as we advance into newer technology for our cars. Europe will be just fine...it will just take a few years of hardship first! |
