| Is this the quality of journalism @ Haaretz these days? Publish anything anti-Israel, even if it doesnt make sence? Every proof Uzi tries to write about - he gets horribly incorrect. We all know the game of Syrian peace overatures - its about the Golan - the rest is just fluff. Uzi tries to tell us of Sharons disengagement, a scar that has yet to heal, people still have no homes and guess what UZI - its now HAMASTAN. Wheres your peace? Tell it to Gilad, Im sure he knows it well. NO war was ever won by giving into terror - arab or otherwise. WW1, WW2, the Cold War ect - in every case, giving land to maniacal killers solved NOTHING. Olmert should just go home in disgrace. He botched Lebanon 2006, stood by and patted Abas on the back as missle fell on Sdorot, and now is interested inviting Assad to tea. You dont need "peace" with Syria - you have 40+ yrs of quiet, they have no natural resources Israel needs - why give up the Golan? For what? UZI - we DARE you to respond ! |
