How pathetic. Look at what we have become. The `protection` Olmert`s government and the IDF offer to the civilians who live across the border from Hamastan is a warning to hunker down and find shelter. Instead of Gazans hunkering down and finding shelter from IDF fire, we do nothing and bring about an intolerable situation where our citizens do not enjoy the most basic of human rights, the right to live in security. A situation where their country has abandoned them and will not protect them. They cannot live their lives like normal people, in their communities, go to work and school.
Although I support peace, a 2-state solution and negotiation with Palestinians, I do wish that Netanyahu will be the next PM and will force the Gazans, not the Israelis, to live without security, to run and hide, find shelter and have their Hamas government abandoned them. |
