| What you need to do is to electronically track incoming rockets which will compute the departing point, and then, automatically triger the release of a rain storm of small bullets/ proyectiles to hit the surrounding area of the departing point with a radius calculated to hit those men running out of the departing point. Civilians are at their own risks in that area. |
