The most important fact of the story was that Arabs were attacking Jews, next most important was that Israelis shot back, and the least important was that an Arab girl was killed. By presenting the death of the Arab girl as the most important part of the story, Haaretz presented Israel as the villain and the Arabs, who started the incident, as the victims, thereby continuing their role as a propaganda arm of the Jews` enemies. |
