Only people astoundingly ignorant of the effects of drugs could even argue that smoking marijuana could induce someone to commit violent acts.
Someone who is using weed is in complete control of their actions, and in fact, a large scientific study done in Europe found that people who are high on weed are often actually better/more careful drivers.
It doesn`t effect inhibitions in the same way as alcohol or PCP or cocaine.
In fact, it makes one MORE squeamish about blood and violence, making it less likely.
These teens had other, more serious problems of violence in their schools, violence in society and likely violence in their homes that made them able to commit such an act. |
