According to observation, the majority foods in Chinese market are not kosher: the water for preparing food are not required for kosher standard, hence renders the food non-kosher. There are a whole bunch of muslim resturants here, but it seems that they never had any contention for such problem. As far as I know, there is no such concept in China, though they could enforce such rules. However, the leaders think that Communism concepts are more important to discuss in meeting, such small things would not pose serious problem for power, hence Dr. Hu solemnly reject my proposal to eat in street for one year for his demonstration of love of Chinese people, or any supressed people he was supposed to save by kosher standard. |
