By giving status to illegal aliens you are inviting more to come. The floodgates are wide open and you are doing nothing about it. Your government said it would turn people away, it did nothing. Your government said it would build a fence, it did nothing. There are millions of Africans who will leap at this chance. They already risk their lives crossing over to Europe in boats. Now it is up to Eyptian border guards to stop your country being (quite literally) overrun.
You are not a refugee state, you are not the U.S. or Canada, you are the one and only Jewish State. Don`t destroy what you have done by effectively inviting in anyone who wants to come. The experience of African refugees in Europe is one of violence - don`t do this, I beg of you.
Sure, some Egyptian border guards make a few arrests and shoot a few people, but 12 deaths out of over 10,000 infiltrations is pretty good odds for a new life.
Meanwhile you are basically inviting the world to come and live in Israel. |
