My dear sir, your refugees have the new Pal State to live in, PLUS 22 other countries. There is only one Israel, and NOT ONE REFUGEE shall step foot into Israel. If the choices of 23 entities are not sufficient for your refugees, perhaps a war with a good ol` butt kicking will bring you to your senses. You cannot dictate the terms.
