"Israel has also strengthened their northern positions and has continued to get more weapons from America. Hizbollah has a responsibility to be ready."
Yeah. Here`s the oh-so-subtle difference between Israel and Hezbollah. Israel is a sovereign state with a valid concern about a stable border. Hezbollah is a rogue militia responsible for the destabilization of Lebanon. UN Resolution 1701, which is the reason Israel backed off expressly forbids Hezbollah from this activity and put the UN in place to assist Lebanon?s forces in making make sure it did not happen.
"Since the entire world speaks out against Israeli expansionism but doesn?t do anything about it, it falls upon Hamas and Hezbollah to do what the international community has no stomach to do for themselves." Oh, so now Hezbollah and Hamas, two terrorist organizations who have fought against their own host regimes, to the great detriment of the populations they pretend to protect, are the world`s policemen?
Israel is out of Lebanon and Gaza. Only if Hezbollah and Hamas would like the IDF back in force should they continue as they are. Ever see a rally hosted by either of these groups - ? If so, you?ll have some notion of what war mongering is. Ever attend a _peace_ rally by either of these groups? No, you haven?t. Nobody has. |
