| National service makes an important contribution. Not only to those on the receiving end. Those who the army rejects for health or other reasons and who want to make their positive contribution to society need this framework. And there are certainly plenty of uses. Where funding is a problem, volunteers could make a contribution even while living at home, if their family`s economic situation enables it. I hope this institution remains. |
