Every time I see that man`s name I think of "sarcophagus," but . . . to the present issue:
"After all, it was a French company headed by Ferdinand de Lesseps that built the Suez Canal in the mid-19th century. "
And that swindled investors out of their money in the first attempt at a Panama canal. But the French can undoubtedly handle this presumably sea level project. |
