At the very least, he failed to report these funds as income on his tax returns, probably violated Israel`s election laws, and could be guilty of bribery as well. His dealings in this matter with Messer and Zaken, by any measure, constitute conspiracy. If this doesn`t constitute criminal conduct, then the rule of law in Israel isn`t worth spit. |
