Here in the U.S., that would NOT pass muster either, and I am equally sure that in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the U.K., France, and many others there would been just as much of an uprising against the PM or senior political leaders of their country in the same situation.
Israel is entitled to reach for the bar of the higher standard- to try and be a light to the world!
Using Argentina and Italy to contrast with Israel`s political integrity and have it stand alone is as absurd as it is misleading. |
