I totally agree with Bradley; I have debated Israel and Palestine for 5 years on the Internet since I was 14 years old (I`m 20 now).
I learnt that there are a lot of people who doesn`t have any better arguments than to generalize over the other side, hating the other side, say bad things about other people because they have another opinion and most of all; that there are people in the discussion forums that blame people for things that they actually not are; such as racist, Hitler, Anti-Semitic (there ARE of course critics of Israel who also are Anti-Semites) Zionist (yes, Zionist can be used as an offensive word by some extreme pro-Palestinians)
Where are all the people who can discuss without offending and generalizing?
Maybe they are not discussing on the Internet, I guess that they discuss by their words in reality, because they know how to do it.
And maybe I am also one of the stereotypic talkbacks. |
