| Now do not get me wrong... Klein is one scary man and probably deserves punishment for crimes he committed under Columbian law. But the other man Morales acted on his own. He did not get satisfaction from the bank and so went off his rocker. This is typical of a country like Columbia. A country with no real law and order when it comes to the government and militias. |
