| Yeah they should go out and hug the smugglers, many of whom are armed. The smugglers know they are crossing a border in a hostile region prone to military/terrorist activity. Even in the relatively peaceful US, we`ve had exchanges of fire (and killings) between border police and drug smugglers. Go work a border sometime, I remember that even EU member state border police officers carry submachine guns at the crossings. |
