| The Golan which is central in peace efforts between Israel and Syria today, KADIMAmainly, is land captured by Israel during the `67 War when Israel alone fought back the attacking Armies of 4/5 Combined Great Arab Forces, the Syrian Army among them aiming to destroy Israel. The Arabs were defeated in their Attack and Israel was Victorious. According to International Law, Land LOST by an Aggressor LEGALLY BELONGS TO THE AGGRIEVED AND ATTACKED PARTY. Therefore Israel is in no way beholden to the Arabs and in any peace talks as VICTOR is entitle to the last word. The Olmert/Livni Partnership should be dissolved as so the Kadima Party as a whole. |
