Well, the Wiki depends on people working in their spare time to write articles - and articles will be better whenever a large number of experts read and edit an article. Hence, languages with fewer speakers tend to have have fewer articles and these articles will be read (and corrected) by fewer people. Hence, they will not be as reliable. This is really only common sense. Needless to say, Hebrew is a disadvantage in that regard, and I am confident that English language articles are more reliable.

Coincidentally, a similar study in Germany recently indicated that the German Wiki was more extensive and the quality of the articles was as good as the Brockhaus, the "best" German language encyclopedia.
