Who received payment for providing the red roofed "caravillas," (was there a public tender for this or was it the "usual under the table" deal) who received payment for the air conditioners needed to cool them down in the crippling heat. Who received the money for installing the infrastructure of the made to order slums that the former residents of Gush Katif are living in. I hae no doubt that enormous sums were spent. The question is, which corrupt official involved benefited most? |
