| Language is a core binder, unifying -- or dividing -- a people. America is beginning to find that out. Hebrew IS the only official language of Jews; the Israeli GOV`T should accede to the obvious. English IS the international language in today`s world. Failure to teach English as a second, int`l, language would relegate Israel to a(n even more) provincial mindset -- and isolated, inviting increasing misunderstanding and hatred from all other countries. There is NO justification for Arabic or Russian or any other language being endorsed by Israel. This should especially be implemented in major Israeli gov`t and business websites. Instead, Arabic, and especially Russian, is often implemented with no English. Provincial and tunnel-visioned!
