One is that security costs is definitely a burden to IDF to secure a settlement community. Free security is at the sacrifice of another.

Another is that the cease in security committments will free IDF to commit it`s soldiers and equipments to the defense of the country.

What must be done? One, security costs must be distributed among the settlement community eg. 1,000 settlers pay NIS 10 per month = NIS 10,000 which is sufficient to cover costs of security arrangements to the current IDF security management.

Another is to engage a security contractor whose credibility might not be as trained as IDF soldiers.
