Positive criticism has value and can advance things whereas the best that can be said of negative criticism is that it allows some people who don`t have anything useful to say, to let off steam.

In order for this post to be `positive` I would suggest that before posting that people read their posts and ask themselves what positive merit the post has and if it has some then post it, and if not then consider how to change it.

A quick lot at the subject lines will often signal if a post is worth reading or not.

"...is a moron", "who cares" and "what a moron" etc would suggest that the time reading the post would be ill spent.
