He and his Trioka of Abbas and Qurai did sign off on 50% of what remained of Palestine of 67, when they accepted and recognized Israel with open border. Israel did not recognize Palestine of 67 rather it recongized Arafat and the PLO. The stupid guys in Ramallah could not see the difference. They were happy to have a chance to rob, fleece with formal support from the US,Israel and EC and Arab countries. This is what the PLO/Fatah and PA wanted all along. Not end to occupation, but a chance to manage the Occupation for Israel and make lots of money out of it. Suha needed some one million a month to afford to live in Paris.
