| The reality is that Israel insists on keeping all land west of the fence and 54 percent of the West Bank land east of the fence and is offering the Pals to live in some cantons surrounded by Israeli controlled areas. Also, the most important aspect, Israel will continue to use the major portion of the West Bank water (daily water consumption: Israelis: 330 litres, Palis: 70 litres) because the sources available on Israeli territory can only supply 1/3 of Israels consumption. |
