| The PLO accepted the robbery of three quarters of Palestine when it signed the Oslo accord and agreed to the two-state solution. Jerusalem is not a part of the 1948 reoslution and the PLo has accpeted East Jerusalem as its capital - while Barak wanted to re-name Abu Dis as East Jerusalem - Isrel refuses to acknowledge that it drove the Palestinians out of their homes. PLO wants a negotiated settlement of the problem- which means Israel will have to first acknowledge the facts of Deir Yesin and other massacres. |
