Any arms shipment,to the "Glorious Lebanese Army" by the US, would have been a waste of time, for the Lebanese Military have no backbone. They never could have withstood an all out confrontation with Hizbullah. Only Israel will smash this pitiful group of Shiia militants by invasion.
