Israel opens all PLO instituitons in East Jerusalem ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. The Palestinian Authority holds new elections and forms a govt acceptable to everyone 2. The Palestinian Authority disbands all militant groups NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW 3. Israel and the PA launch Peace Talks on (Jerusalem,Borders,Refugees,Security and Water) lasting no more than 6 months |
