The prosecution`s case is based on information supplied by a foreign government which practices torture and used such methods to extract a meaningless "confession"-never mind that the confession was merely to belonging to an organization that an apartheid, occupation regime considered illegal. And on this basis the imam might be deported. And people wonder why American Muslims feel alienated from the "justice" system.
